I am honoured to invite you to experience the healing art of Thai Yoga Massage, which is an ancient and sacred system of therapeutic healing with roots in Yoga, Ayurvedic Medicine and Buddhist spiritual practice. It is a unique and powerful system of Yoga Therapy, which combines rhythmic massage, acu-pressure, asanas (Yogic stretching exercises), gentle twisting, energy work and meditation.
I went to learn and studied this healing art directly from the great Master Kam Thye Chow in his Center Lotus Palm School in Canada (Montreal). ‘Lotus Palm’ means “the compassionate touch” which is the spirit of the school.
Thai Yoga Massage stimulates and balances the flow of healing energy within the body, opening the areas which are blocked bringing the person deeper into balance and harmony for health, happiness and wellness of being. This system creates a powerful release of stress and tension, an increase in vitality and well-being and it deepens the connection between mind, body and spirit in both the giver and receiver.
Thai Yoga Massage is performed on a mat on the floor. Both client and practitioner are dressed in comfortable clothing allowing ease of movement and flexibility (loose clothes, the ones you would use for a yoga session).
Every massage is tailored to your needs and can help alleviate many kinds of aches and pains including problems with back, shoulders, neck, hips, legs, headaches, and much more. The Thai Yoga Massage is the best therapeutic massage/bodywork treatment available for chronic pain and sports injuries. It is an outstanding way to help promote total relaxation and stress reduction. Working on the physical body is then the way to reach our more subtle life forces, our emotions, our mind.

When I first recieved this healing art therapy from one of the teachers of the school I went into a Yoga Nidra State where time and space disapeared and the healig took place in a deep level. I want to share this with everybody.
I will guide you through a series of yoga postures while palming and thumbing along the body's energy ("Sen") lines and pressures points. Together these actions result in a comprehensive full body treatment that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, boosts the immune system and balances the body energetically.
I will attune myself with a meditative plane, enabling the channeling of superior forms of energy to come through you, and transmit the healing effects. That’s why in the years I could integrate well my yoga practice and the practice of massage, that is now part of my yoga sadhana. Giving a massage is to me a good meditation, a beautiful way to go beyond thoughts, and every time I learn something new.
Thai Yoga Massage is the physical application of metta, loving kindness. (You will may be ask yourself where is the metta of your masseur when you are occasionally feeling pain during the treatment….but some blockages in the energy lines can sometimes cause what in Thailand they call “good pain”, a very momentary discomfort that will reward you with more lasting well-being ).
